Water treatment machine

The water treatment machine, besides bottling drinking water, performs the following tasks:

1. The production of a PET bottle from its corresponding PET-Preform.
2. Sterilization of the PET bottle.
3. Filtration of drinking water to be bottled.
4. Filling of drinking water in PET bottles.
5. Supply and sorting of screw caps.
6. Sterilization of screw caps.
7. Screw the caps into the filled bottles.
8. Labeling of bottles; the label will show the packaging date.
9. Transport of the labeled bottles towards the exit of the conveyor belt.
   

The machine can be supplied whether as a fixed or a mobile unit.

For the mobile model, and for the plant to be fully self-sufficient and ready to operate at the desired destination of the world, a genset and an air compressor can be supplied.

For the fixed model, when wanted, the peripheral elements, such as the genset or the air compressor with scrubber can be also supplied.
