Filling and Capping Machines
The combined filling and capping machines fill the packing drums in the transport system and cap it immediately afterwards. Generally the working rhythm of the machines is coordinated. The packing drum is filled first and will then be capped several stations further down the line. According to the required performance of the machine the filling station is a model with one bottling place or several bottling places. The capping stations (these can also be several capping stations) usually are models with one capping place only. With these combined machines we can reach performances up to 3000 bottles per hour, in some exceptional cases, with ideal combinations between product, packing drum and cap even up to 3600 pieces per hour. The variations of these machines are almost unlimited, that means that nearly anything can be filled and capped with these machines.
